Shipping Policy

Thank you for your purchase from Getova. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email managed through our Shopify system.

Please note that processing times may be longer during periods of high order volume.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping option:

  • Standard Shipping: Following the 2-day processing period, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Total Estimated Delivery Time = 2 Business Days (Processing) + 5-7 Business Days (Shipping) = 7-9 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email and/or SMS notification from our Shopify system, which will include your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Getova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages

Getova is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Getova. If for any reason you are not, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any stains, odors, or damage.
  • In its original packaging with all original tags attached.

Please note: Items marked as 'Final Sale' are not eligible for a return or refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email or contact our support team at getovallc@gmail.com. Please include your Order Number and the reason for your return.
  2. Our team will review the request and, upon approval, will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returning an item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed through Shopify, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

5. Exchanges

The most efficient way to exchange a product is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want. If your item arrived defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at getovallc@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
